By engaging Australian Global Education Consultancy (AGEC) for selected services, you acknowledge and agree that:- AGEC is authorized to use the data you provide for the purpose of contacting you regarding your application or related services.
- You appoint AGEC to prepare and submit applications and associated documents to relevant departments on your behalf.
Acknowledgment of Agent Role
- AGEC operates as an agent and acts in a facilitative capacity between you and the relevant authorities.
- All payments made to AGEC are strictly non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging AGEC’s services.
Data Usage and Privacy
- AGEC will handle your personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Your data will only be used for the purposes of processing your application and communicating with relevant departments.
No Liability for Application Outcomes
- AGEC is not responsible for the approval or rejection of any application. Decisions are made solely by the relevant departments based on their selection criteria.
- AGEC provides guidance and support but cannot guarantee the success of any application.
Due Diligence
- Clients are expected to review and verify all information and requirements related to their application before engaging AGEC.
- AGEC strongly advises clients to understand all processes and potential outcomes prior to proceeding with the service.
Compliance with Relevant Authorities
- By engaging AGEC, you agree to comply with all requirements set forth by the respective departments handling your application.
- Any delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by these departments are beyond AGEC’s control.
