Certificate III Wall and Ceiling Lining recognises the skills and experience of carpenters who are yet to complete their qualifications. This program will ensure that your wall & ceiling lining skills and experience are converted into a nationally recognised qualification and provide you with a wall & ceiling lining contractor’s licence. The program is available to Australian students who have not yet completed their local studies, and experienced plasterers who have worked in Australia for several years. We also offer programs to fast-track qualifications for migrants with relevant qualifications and experience with Australian requirements and standards. Once your qualifications are recognised, you can apply for a wall and ceiling licence.

You will need to provide a range of evidence to assist your assessor to make a decision about your competence. The types of evidence you may be asked to provide can include:

  • Payslips/work contract/ABN if self-employed
  • Letter of Employment

  • Letters of reference from licensed tradesmen you have worked with.
